Which data do we collect?

We only collect data you provide to us yourself:

Via the contact form or email: your name, email address, phone number and the information about the party (type of party, number of children, theme, message).
When booking: the data needed to carry out and invoice the agreement (address of the party, invoicing details).
If you opt in: your email address to keep you posted about new themes.

This website does not use accounts, profiles or tracking technology. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

Why and on which legal basis do we process your data?

To answer your request and prepare a free tailor-made quote (pre-contractual steps at your request).
To carry out, plan and invoice the booking (performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations).
To send you news about themes and offers, only if you ticked the box (consent). You can unsubscribe in every message.

How long do we keep your data?

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Customer data is kept as long as needed to perform the agreement and afterwards as long as legal retention periods (e.g. 7 years for accounting documents) require. Your email address for news is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers we need to deliver our services, such as our hosting provider and email provider, and only within the European Economic Area or with appropriate safeguards. These parties process your data solely on our behalf.

This website contains links to social media (Facebook, Instagram) and to JE Concept. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website and do the privacy rules of that website apply.

Cookies and website visits

This website does not place tracking cookies and does not use advertising networks. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server, so no data goes to third parties such as Google when viewing the pages.

If you agree via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (visitor statistics) and the Meta pixel (to measure which Facebook and Instagram campaigns work). Both set cookies and send data to Google and Meta, also outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework safeguards. Without your consent Google Analytics sets no cookies and Google only receives cookieless, anonymised signals (Google Consent Mode); the Meta pixel is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page. Your browser only stores your cookie choice.

Photos of children

The photos on this website show parties we styled. They are only published with the parents' consent. Would you like a photo removed? Email us and we will take it offline as soon as possible.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Send your request to Info@feest-beest.be. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website is secured with HTTPS, data is only shared with those who need it and we keep no more than necessary.
